Building pad elevation fix in Silex

Every job on this site runs the same way, whether it's an afternoon of grading or a week of clearing. Two things I won't do: guess at a bid over the phone without seeing the ground, and walk away from a job half-finished because it turned out harder than the photo made it look. Dirt work punishes shortcuts — a grade that's off by an inch or a drain with no fall shows up again the first hard rain.
