That cracked, heaved patio or the driveway that's sinking and pooling water doesn't get better with patch jobs. I break it out, haul it off, and prep the ground underneath so it drains right — then, through a premium partnership with Schultz Concrete, I coordinate and arrange the new pour. You make one call. I handle the demo, the haul-off, the base prep, and I schedule the pour with Schultz Concrete. You're not stuck juggling three contractors who all point at each other.

Forestry Mulching

When the back acreage is buried under a wall of underbrush, saplings, and invasive growth, a mulching head clears it in a fraction of the time it'd take with a chainsaw and a burn pile. The machine grinds the brush and small trees right where they stand and leaves the chips behind as a mulch layer that protects the soil and holds back erosion. No giant piles to haul, no stumps to trip over — just usable ground you can finally walk, mow, or build on.

Erosion Control

When a hard rain is carving ruts down your slope, undercutting a driveway, or threatening to take a chunk of yard with it, the fix isn't more dirt dumped in the gully — it's controlling where the water goes and armoring the ground it runs across. I rebuild and reinforce the grade, install rock and rip-rap where the water hits hardest, and clear the drainage path so runoff moves through instead of tearing things apart. Protect the investment before the next storm finds the weak spot.

Culvert Installation

If the ditch backs up and runs across your driveway every time it rains, or a new drive needs a proper crossing over the ditch line, you need a culvert sized and set right. I dig the ditch to grade, set the pipe at the correct fall so water actually moves through it, backfill and compact it so the drive doesn't sink, and armor the ends so they don't wash out. Done right, the water goes under and keeps moving — and your access stays open in a downpour.

Yard Grading & Leveling

That swampy patch in the back third of the yard isn't going to dry out on its own — it's a slope problem, and clay-heavy Lincoln County hardpan holds water like a bathtub. I regrade the ground so it falls away from your house, and I do it with a tracked Kubota SVL 97-2 that won't rut up the rest of your lawn getting there.

French Drains & Water Routing

If your lot's flat or the low spot has nowhere to run, grading alone won't cut it — the water needs a pipe to follow. A French drain is a gravel-and-perforated-pipe trench that catches the water underground and routes it out to the street, the ditch, or a daylight spot at the edge of the property. In Lincoln County clay, it's often the difference between a dry basement and a wet one.

Land Clearing & Brush Removal

You bought the acreage so the kids could ride four-wheelers and you could put a shop back there someday. Then the back half disappeared under honey locust, multiflora rose, and a wall of brush. I clear it with a grapple on the Kubota, pull the stumps, and haul off the mess — so you get your land back instead of fighting it with a chainsaw every fall.

Driveway Building & Pad Prep

A driveway with a ten-foot rut in it doesn't get fixed by dumping another few bags of crushed limestone in the hole every spring. It needs the base built right — graded, crowned to shed water, and compacted so the rock stays put. Same goes for a pad: if you're putting in a shop, a patio, or a shed, the concrete is only as good as the ground under it.

Running power to the new shop? Water out to the barn? A gas line to the addition? You need a trench dug clean, to depth, and backfilled so the yard doesn't sink into a rut over it next year. I dig it with the Kubota, keep it straight, and put the ground back the way I found it.
